He is wanted on recall to prison after failing to comply with the conditions of his release. He was originally sentenced to 40 months for conspiracy to commit robbery in May 2018. He was released in June 2019.

Devers is described as white, around five feet seven inches tall and of stocky build. Devers has links to Burnley and Bolton.
