Burnley drink-driver caught in Cliviger
A drink-driver, caught more than twice the limit on Long Causeway, Cliviger, has been banned for 20 months.
Burnley magistrates heard how Aidan Boyarin (34) blew 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath at the police station. The legal limit is 35.
The defendant, of Carholme Avenue, Burnley, admitted driving with excess alcohol on February 5th.
He was fined £340 and was told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
