A licence review on the 24-hour Blu Bar in Cow Lane, Burnley, which was due to be heard at Burnley Town Hall on Wednesday, was adjourned until next month.

Police had raised concerns at the number of crimes, some serious, to have taken place in the vicinity of the club.

But bar owner Francesco Musso believes his club is being unfairly blamed for any disorder.

The hearing, in front of Burnley Council’s Licensing sub committee, will now be heard at the same venue on Friday, March 28th at 10am. It is estimated to take a full day.
