Brierfield man in court on double rape charge
A 29-year-old Brierfield man appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of five sex offences.
Nathan Hodgson faces two allegations of rape, two of assault by penetration and one of sexual assault, said to have taken place in July 2018.
The defendant, of Vine Street, was sent for trial at Burnley Crown Court and was unconditionally bailed until a hearing there on March 16th.
