Brierfield man accused of voyeurism

A 50-year-old Brierfield man has appeared before Pennine magistrates, accused of two counts of voyeurism – recording a private act.

James Harrison, of Garden Street, is also charged with taking an indecent photograph of a child.

He will have his case heard at Burnley Crown Court and was bailed until a preliminary hearing there on July 6th.
