5. Smell of cannabis
An officer could smell the cannabis coming from this vehicle when it tried to evade him on the back streets of Preston.

6. Can't afford insurance
Police stopped this Ford Fiesta when it flagged up as having no insurance.
The driver admitted to not being able to afford insurance so thought he would "chance it".

7. "Personal racetrack"
The driver of this Mercedes AMG C63 was using London Way, Preston as his own personal racetrack driving in excess of 100mph. Unfortunately for the driver he was being followed by two patrol cars.

8. Nervous
According to officers, the driver of this van looked "very nervous" when patrols drove past on Pedders Lane, Preston.
