Daniel Lancaster, of Hawley Street, Colne, has been charged with murder and will appear before Burnley Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
Police were called to Centaur Court, in Hawley Street, Colne, in the early hours of yesterday where they found the body of Anna (23).
