Clitheroe man in court on GBH charge
Alan Nester (43), of Henthorn Road, Clitheroe, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on Shane Ashworth.
Mr Ashworth suffered a broken leg during an incident in Clitheroe on December 22nd.
