Charity the winner on Burnley football fun day

A charity team took on '˜home team' Futaba Manufacturing to kick off the annual Futaba Family Fun Day.

Hosted at the Arbories Memorial Sports Ground, Padiham, a ‘Friends of Footy’ team featured players from six of Burnley FC in the Community’s partner businesses, as well as staff from across the charity’s projects.

Following the match, staff and guests enjoyed a family fun day with the Burnley FC in the Community inflatables, pony rides, games, bouncy castles and face painting.

Raffles, tombolas and cake sales, as well as various people talking to the stocks, all raised money for Pendleside Hospice.
