Chance to win free grub at popular Fence pub

The popular Wheatley Lane Road pub is giving the chance for a table of up to four to enjoy their night completely free.

Landlord Mark Etherington and his wife Janet are hoping the night will be a roaring success.

Mark said: “We wanted to do something for charity and thought this would be a bit of fun and something different.”

“As well as paying the winning table’s bill there will also be other surprise prizes on the night.”

Tables must be booked in advance before 8 pm. The draw will be made at 10-30 pm but the winning table must still be present when the draw is made.

Janet added: “Pendleside Hospice does some great work and it’s a pleasure to be able to help and support them.”

The value of the winning table will be matched by the pub and donated to Pendleside Hospice.
