CCTV appeal following assault in Briercliffe takeaway

A teenager was left with a broken nose, fractured eye socket and broken teeth after being hit in a Briercliffe takeaway.

And now officers have released CCTV images of three men they would like to speak to following the assault at the Eastern Delight takeaway, in Burnley Road, at around 12-50am on Saturday, December 13th.

The 18-year-old victim was approached by a group of men while inside the takeaway, and it is believed that one of the men hit the victim in the face. He received treatment at Royal Blackburn Hospital.

PC Laura Kendall, from Burnley Police, said: “We are keen to speak to the three men pictured as they may hold important information about what happened.
