Cars set alight by arsonists in early hours of morning

Arsonists are believed to be responsible for setting fire to two cars in the early hours of this morning (Monday).

The vehicles were set alight on the car park next to apartments at Upper Brook Court in Burnley at 2-20am.

Crews from Burnley used a hosereel jet to extinguish the flames and police are now investigating the cause.

There were no casualties.
