A car flipped onto its roof in Burnley this morning.
Police were called to Crown Point Road at 7-30am, following a report of a collision involving a blue Fiat Punto.
A 25-year-old woman, who was travelling from Burnley towards Bacup, escaped without injury.
The road was closed while the vehicle, which firefighters say landed “in a ditch”, was recovered.
A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called to an RTC in Crown Point Road at 7-43am. We did send an ambulance... but nobody was taken to hospital.”
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesman said the driver had managed to get out of her car before they arrived, and that her vehicle had overturned after she lost control in the icy conditions.
