Burnley subway sex attack: Earby teen in court
A 17-year-old Earby youth has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with indecently assaulting a 13 year old girl in a Burnley subway.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with sexual assault on the girl in Burnley on September 7th.
He was remanded on bail to appear before Burnley magistrates on November 17th.
