Burnley skiers take to slopes in French Alps
A group of skiers from Unity College in Burnley took to the slopes in France for the school's annual ski academy.
The youngsters spent a week in Montgenevre, in the French Alps, where fresh snowfall meant the ski conditions were ideal. Bright sunshine gave the group clear views of the Alps and staff said the young people made good progress on the slopes, with every pupil skiing intermediate and advanced slopes by the end of the week.
Next year’s ski trip will be to Le Corbier in France.
