Arsonists set car on fire in early hours of morning
Fire crews were called out twice in Burnley on Monday.
The first incident was a blaze inside the cavity of a bathroom wall at a property in Dall Street at 6pm which they tackled using a hosereel jet wearing breathing apparatus.
A portable fan unit was also used to extract the smoke and heat. Just before 2am they received a 999 call to Thurston Street where a car had been set alight at the side of the road.
Police were called and are now investigating the incident as it is believed the fire was started deliberately.
