Review: Belvoir’s Spiced Ginger Punch

The cold winter nights are closing in and so we need something nice and warm to cheer us up. The cold winter nights are closing in and so we need something nice and warm to cheer us up.

Drinks specialists have developed this yummy spiced ginger punch – which fairly packs a punch! Its is made using fresh cooked ginger for a really firey taste.

As with all Belvoir drinks, there are no artificial flavours or sweeteners, just lashing of pressed fruit juices, spices and flowers.

You can drink it heated up in the microwave or for that added kick, add a dash or two of whisky to get the tastebuds tingeling or white wine for a lighter mulled taste.

Part of the collection to keep the chill out, Belvoir also have Spiced Winter Berries, Lemon and Ginger cordial and ready to drink mulled wine as part of their range.

And for those wanting alcohol in their Christmas spirit, Demijohn has brought out a chocolate rum liqueur which has been produced in Worcestershire. Combining cacao and dark Caribbean rum, it is less sweet than other liqueurs, but has an incredible depth of flavour.

The drink can be served over ice or after a Christmas meal. Demijohn will also add a personal message on the lovely bottles the drink comes in.

And if that doesn’t tempt you, there is also Demijohn’s Toffee Whisky Liqueur, a blend of caramel, butterscotch and whisky.

Yum!
