Organist who has played for Royalty performs at St Peter’s Church, Burnley

A RISING musical star who has played for royalty will give a recital to start off the summer season of Saturday concerts at Peter’s Parish Church, Burnley, this weekend.

Alexander Binns is currently studying the organ at the Royal College of Music in London but has already garnered praise for performances in prestigious venues around the country including one on the famous organ at Rochdale Town Hall.

The recital is set to start at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 30th and will be preceded by refreshments served from 10-30 a.m.

Admission is £3.50 for adults, free for children and includes parking and refreshments in the adjacent schoolyard.
