Keith Melling Calendar sales raise £75,000 for Pendleside Hospice

Landscape artist Keith Melling has raised £75,000 for Pendleside Hospice in the seven years that a calendar has featured his landscapes.

Last year more than 1,800 calendars were sold, and hospice staff hope the latest edition will be as successful. The paintings used in the 2014 calendar are scenes of the Pendle area, Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. It costs £5 and every penny goes to the hospice.

Calendars and Christmas cards are on sale at the hospice in Colne Road, Reedley, at its charity shops and online. It is also available from the K Melling Studio-Gallery, Fence, where there are also more than 100 prints, cards and post cards of the area and the North of England.
