Sixteen of the planned properties are on land under the control of Burnley Council, who have already approved the development subject to conditions.

Pendle Council has received four objections to the plans from nearest neighbours, but due to Burnley Council’s decision, it is uncertain how much bearing thiese will have on Pendle Council’s decision.
