Comedian Jon Richardson to appear at Burnley Mechanics

Comedian Jon Richardson is coming to Burnley Mechanics on Saturday, February 12th as part of his “Don’t Happy, Be Worry” tour of the UK.

The Lancaster born, Swindon based funny-man has made a name for himself in recent years as a grumpy young man and he was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award in 2009. Away from stand-up Jon has also appeared in a variety of TV shows including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Grumpy Young Men, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and as a guest panellist on Have I Got News For You.

But the aim of this tour is for Jon to go against regular convention and desperately try not to be himself to create a show full of love, bubbles and sunshine.
