In The City extravaganza

THE UK’s premier music conference is all set to return – with a brand new location.

In The City has been a significant stepping stone in the careers of greats like Oasis, Radiohead and Foo Fighters and is regarded as the place to see all the hottest new names.

This year the urban festival finds its home at the heartland of Manchester’s cultrual landascape, Piccadilly and Northern Quarter.

Taking place between Wednesday, October 13th and Friday October 15th the live shows at its heart (In The City Live and In The City Unsigned) will be more inclusive than ever.

No Age, Mount Kimbie, Male Bonding, Yuck, Crystal Fighters, Factory Floor, oOoOO, White Ring, Skepta, Kisses, Ital Tek, Teeth, Andreya Triana, Mazes, John Weise, Spectrals, Pulled Apart By Horses, Egyptian Hip Hop, Monarchy, Gallops and many more will all be performing across showcases hosted by the likes of NME Radar, Drowned in Sound, BBC introducing and Kerrang!

In The City is not just about the live side though but also the conference, which is where movers and shakers debate the future of the industry.

Operating under this year’s overall theme “That That Don’t Kill Me Can Only Make Me Stronger” it provides a vital forum via keynote addresses, celebrity interviews, masterclasses, panels and seminars.
