In an effort to adapt to people's needs amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the shop - which operates stores across Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Cheshire, and Greater Manchester - are working to help NHS employees, emergency service workers, and the vulnerable and elderly access crucial supplies in what is an increasingly severe situation.

From 7am to 8am every day, the shops will have a shopping hour dedicated to NHS teams, teachers, social workers and the emergency services. From 9.30am to 11am, there will be a dedicated slot for the elderly, vulnerable, and at-risk groups. 11am to 8pm is for the general public, and finally 8pm to 9pm is for NHS workers, emergency workers, and social workers.
