Burnley haulage company drives up donations to Pendleside Hospice

Daniel Wood, head of operations, handed over a cheque to the hospice over Christmas.

Sam Fagan, from the company, said: “After what has been a difficult year for everyone we decided to make a donation to charity and Pendleside Hospice has helped a number of our staff and their families so it seemed appropriate to help boost their funds.”

Christina Cope, head of corporate fund-raising at the hospice, said: “On behalf of Pendleside I would like to say a big thank you to the Fagan and Whalley team. They have supported us previously and continue to do so and we are very grateful for their donation this Christmas."
