Sky's the limit for daredevil Rosie

The sky certainly was the limit for a daredevil teaching assistant who braved a tandem skydive to raise money for a charity at her school.

Rosie Garnett, who works in Class 3 at Holly Grove School in Barden Lane, Burnley, jumped from 15,000ft and promptly raised an amazing £781 for the Georgia Fourie Butterfly Fund.

The fund was set up in 2009 to raise money and improve and enhance the lives of the very special pupils of Holly Grove School in memory of popular pupil Gorgia who sadly died. It became a registered charity in 2015 and supporters now have many new ventures in the pipeline.
