Party time at school's World Book Day
Shuttleworth College students donned the clothing of their favourite literary characters as the school celebrated World Book Day.
Even headteacher Ruth England’s dog, cockapoo Jessie, entered into the spirit of the day, dressing up as one of the 101 dalmatians.
“Everyone was superb,” said Miss Roach, lead practitioner in English and Literacy.
“The best dressed, who are all model students, were invited to a special afternoon Alice in Wonderland themed tea party.”
