The community fun day was organised by the award winning Social Enterprise in recognition of 10 years of

operation at the heart of the community.

All partners on the co-located campus including Thomas Whitham Sixth Form, Barden County Primary School, Holly Grove School, Reedley Hallows Nursery, the neighbourhood centre and library, joined forces to make the day a huge success.

Dozens of attractions included a hot air balloon, fairground rides, treasure trails, food and craft stalls.

Dionne Swift, Director and Founder of the Social Enterprise said “We wanted to celebrate 10 years of being here together at the Campus and we couldn’t think of a better way to do this than with our children, families, staff and local community.

"This is the biggest event that we have ever run and it was amazing to see everyone having such an amazing time together. The event was themed around families and we wanted to build on the already strong community engagement links we have with our community.

"We would like to thank all the businesses and organisations that supported and attended the event and in particular Burnley Tool Hire, UCLAN and KQF for their kind donations."
