This accomplishment highlights the significant impact that the school's focus on reading for pleasure has had on its pupils. The school is currently awaiting the level of award it will receive.

The Reading for Pleasure Quality Mark is a prestigious accolade that recognises schools for their dedication and effectiveness in promoting reading as a pleasurable activity amongst pupils. Chloe Whitaker, Assistant Headteacher and Cross-Trust Reading Lead, expressed her delight at the achievement.
