Westgate Mill, located in Sandygate on the edge of town, has been listed with estate agents Trevor Dawson.
It has a guide price of £275,000.
The area around the mill has recently undergone a major inward investment programme with a new residential development, along with student accommodation, built in the past two years.
UCLan acquired the nearby Victoria Mill in Trafalgar Street as part of its expansion plans.
Westgate Mill is also available on a rental with consideration to be given to letting separate floors.
