The former Poppies Nails and Beauty Bank in Manchester Road could be converted into a coffee shop and bar with offices if plans submitted to Burnley Borouigh Council are approved.

Applicant Mr Mark Jones has submitted an application for a change of use for the impressive building at the heart of Burnley town centre.

The proposed hours of opening are for 10am to 11pm seven days a week.
