Matthew Riley, founder of telecommunications company, Daisy Group, is supporting the Three Minute Hero initiative, developed by careers guidenace specialists U-Explore, who are building a free database named ‘Smart’ which will build a library of short films to capture the working world in an accessible and candid way for young people.

It has received a wealth of support from businesspeople, who have filmed themselves answering questions about their job, their school time, and giving snippets of advice.

Neil Muller, CEO of Daisy Group said: “It was a no-brainer for Daisy Group to support. As a father of two, I know only too well the importance of having the right careers information available to help make decisions which will affect your long-term future.
