Book review: Alice-Miranda in Japan by Jacqueline Harvey

Ruaridh (8) loved this book. Well he would, as he loves all things Japanese, just like Alice-Miranda.

She thinks Toyko is the best city in the world. And so does Ruaridh. The bustling streets and fascinating customs have enticed the duo to this wonderful country.

The book tells how Alice-Miranda’s father gives her a special gift, which causes mayhem with the Japanese authorities. She gets swept into a missing person’s case, but can she solve the mystery and avoid disaster?
