Australian comic at the ACE Centre, Nelson
AUSSIE comedian Ro Campbell will be appearing at Nelson’s ACE Centre on Thursday.
UK-based Ro has spent five years honing his craft by gigging all over the UK, Ireland, Europe and beyond. He has performed at the last five Edinburgh Fringe festivals and made The Scotsman’s pick of Best Jokes of The Fringe in 2009.
He has also performed at Melbourne International Comedy Festival and the Adelaide Fringe and has written for British TV and Radio. He was a finalist in the Scottish Comedian Of The Year 2007 and 2009, finally winning it in December 2010.
Doors open at 7-30 p.m. for an 8-15 p.m. start and tickets cost £5.
