‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star Lucien Laviscount lands role in ‘Shameless’

TEENAGED star Lucien Laviscount will be back on TV screens in hit show Shameless just days after being evicted from the Big Brother house.

The 19-year-old hearthrob, from Read, featured in Celebrity Big Brother 2011 but finished 5th behind winner and star of My Big Fat Gyspy Wedding Paddy Doherty, runner-up Kerry Katona and pop twins Jedward who came third.

The Waterloo Road actor caused a stir with the ladies in the house including The Only Way is Essex honey Amy Childs and former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry but played down the on-screen romances as just flirting.

Now Lucien is set to star in acclaimed Channel 4 drama Shameless which was created by Burnley writer Paul Abbott.

The ex-Coronation Street actor, who landed the role before Big Brother was filmed, appears as romeo Dee Davies this Tuesday on Channel 4.
