Winter is fast approaching and its time to be thinking how to kit the children out with footwear to keep them warm and dry.

Shoe specialists at KEEN Footwear are known for their trendy range, but as well as looking good, they do the job too.

The latest new range starts with the Loveland Boot WP which is ideal for youngsters who love to be outdoors even when the weather is bad. The boots are waterproof, have a breathable membrane and are made from nubuck and textile. That’s the technical stuff, all you need to know is the boots are rugged and have a special bungee system on the boot shaft to make it easy for little fingers to adjust. And with a strong and special climate rubber outsole, your litte one can keep on playing, whatever the weather.

Children who love puddles can jump to their hearts content when they are wearing a pair of Brady WP boots. With nuback leather uppers, the boots are fun and funky and have a moisture wicking fleece and faux shearling lining for a cosy fit, with a padded tongue and collar, to add extra comfort for little legs.

Last are the Basin WP boots with a water resistant nubuck and textile upper and a nifty bungee lacing system to keep out the snow and slush. The boots even have 200g of charcoal bamboo in them to keep

toes warm on the coldest of days. All the boots fit from toddler up to youths and come in funky colours too.
