Seven swimmers from Burnley Aquatics have been chosen for the North Lancashire team which will compete in the Inter Association gala in May.
The competition will be held at Macclesfield over the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May, when the North Lancashire team will be competing against other counties.
It is fantastic that Burnley have had seven swimmers selected to represent their county, and the club wish them the best of luck.

• Meanwhile, at the 2011 North West Regional Youth Championships at Liverpool Aquatic Centre at the weekend, Bobcats swim squad were been represented by two swimmers - Kerry Holding (15) and Ben Edwards (18), pictured left.
Kerry had five races and Ben three over the course of the weekend.
On Saturday, Kerry competed in the 200m Freestyle, 100m Butterfly and 50m Freestyle, while Ben took part in the 50m Breastroke and 200m Breastroke.
Ben made the afternoon finals in both his events, ending the day with a a gold medal in the shorter distance, and a silver medal in the longer 200m race.
On Sunday, Kerry had the 100m Freestyle and 50m Butterfly, in which she secured her highest position of 12th.
Meanwhile, Ben had the 100m Breastroke.
He duly progressed to the final and again won a gold medal, securing a National Qualifying Time in the heats.
Both swimmers train at the St Peter’s Centre, Burnley with Bobcats swim squad, under head coach Michael Robinson, who has been at the helm for a year.
The squad are going from strength to strength and have 11 swimmers taking part in the North West Regional Age Group Championships in June, when swimmers aged 10-14 will compete at regional level.
