Burnley continued their push for promotion, moving into third place with a 4-1 victory against local rivals Crow Wood.
Daniel Whittaker was up against talented Crow Wood player Mark Parker, who was too strong for Daniel, winning 3-0.
Nik Czernianin powered his way to a 3-0 victory, driving the ball to the back of the court for most of his points in his 3-0 win.
Steve Morris, now the new number two player for Burnley, had to work hard in the first game, losing 15-12, which took more out of the Crow Wood player than Steve, and from then on, the match ebbed towards Steve, with a smooth and refined victory, continuing his fine run of form, winning 3-1.
Rod Taggart started slowly, also losing the first game, but his superior fitness carried him through to a 3-1 win.
Last on court was Graham Riley, who had to use all his skill to defeat the young and fit Chris Smith, who did not know when he was beaten, running down every shot as Graham sent him to all corners of the court. But Smith ran out of steam and the match was won by Graham 3-0.
