Ryan Marsden is hoping to clinch a second British Kick Boxing title as he rises through the weight categories.
The Shuttleworth College student has already been British Champion in 2008 in the 30kg category and World Champion at the Under 40kg weight when he fought in France two years ago.

But now he is set for a British title challenge on June 14th in Birmingham in the Under 50kg class as he looks to add to his honours.
Year 10 student Ryan, 15, is a member of the Black Knights Martial Arts Club in Burnley under coach Alan Clarkin and took up kick boxing 10 years ago.
“My first fight was in 2007 and I have been fighting every since,” said Ryan.
“I like the discipline as kick boxing is very controlled.
“I felt ectastic when I won the World title two years ago and hopefully I can win the British title again this year.”
And Ryan, who also plays basketball for his school, recently won the Rising Star Award at the Burnley Community Sports Awards and a Young Achiever Award at the Lancashire Sports Awards.
