After recent disappointments at Christmas with bad weather conditions and poor ticket sales, Wayne Bennett can’t wait to get his career back on track tomorrow at Huddersfield Sports Centre on the big live Sky TV show.

His followers venture into Huddersfield looking forward to a cracking night’s boxing, with boxers Tyrone Nurse, Liam Walsh, and Gary Sykes all featuring on the Sky show - all regular sparring partners of Bennett’s.

This is Bennett’s third fight after previous shows in November at Colne were cancelled due to poor ticket sales, and in December he was unlucky with the weather conditions that ravaged Sunderland, where he was due to fight - cancelled due to snow.

He is looking for a third-straight professional win when he takes on journeyman Carl Allen.

Tickets for the show are now totally sold out. The show kicks off at 6 p.m. and doors open at 5 p.m..

For those who aren’t travelling, the Sky coverage starts at 8 p.m. on Sky Sports 1.
