Lowerhouse Cricket Club hold their annual bonfire on Saturday.

Gates open at 5-30 p.m., with the bonfire lighting at 6-15 p.m., and a professional firework display at 7-30 p.m.

Entry is adults £2, and children £1, with a family ticket - two adults and two children - at £5.

There will be fairground rides, DJ and karaoke, a fully-licensed bar and hot food.

Strictly no personal fireworks or sparklers are allowed.

There will be no parking available on the ground, and the club ask that you park with consideration to neighbours and in accordance with road traffic regulations.

Additional free parking for up to 200 cars has been secured courtesy of Business First on Liverpool Road just few minutes walk to the ground.

• Padiham Cricket Club hold their annual general meeting at the Arbories next month.

The date is Friday, November 29th at 7 p.m. with all club members, players and supporters, invited to attend.

• Burnley’s presentation night is on Saturday, November 23rd at the clubhouse.

The junior section awards will be presented from 6 p.m., with the seniors following on from 8 p.m.

Lowerhouse’s junior presentation night is on Friday, November 15th, followed by the seniors the day after.
