BLESSED Trinity turned on the style to win the Keighley Cup at Turf Moor last Tuesday, beating reigning champions Shuttleworth College 7-1.

Ben Beardsall and Jack Suddall both bagged a brace, to add to goals from Kieran Gamble, Liam Cole and Jack Brooks. Gamble hit the post before Beardsall broke the deadlock midway through the first half, before Gamble doubled the advantage.

Cole made it 3-0 just before the break, only for Shuttleworth to reply through Josh Pickering after the interval. Beardsall restored the three-goal lead shortly after, however, and Trinity eased home with substitute Suddall and Brooks completing the scoring.
