Burnley District Under 14 girls competed in a five-team competition at Skelmersdale and finished joint winners.
The team suffered only one loss against West Lancs, and accounted for Liverpool, St Helens and South Ribble.
This was the first time most of the girls had played an indoor competition, and their performance was, on occasions, exceptional.
Special credit goes to Emily Herbert - aged Under 10 - who was the leading wicket taker.
Congratulations also go to Ainslie Wolstenholme and Hannah Till, who have got into the Lancashire Girls’ Under 15s squad.
Ainslie and Hannah have been in the county teams since the Under 11s and have done well to get into the side as Under 14s.
They join Maddy White and Shannon Jackson who were in team last season, and Jessica Nixon in the Under 13s.
