Burnley will open the defence of the Worsley Cup crown at Haslingden.

The Turf Moor outfit have won the trophy for the last two seasons, and will start the search for a hat-trick at Bentgate.

The rest of the draw sees Lowerhouse face a trip to Rishton, while Church host Ramsbottom, Colne entertain Nelson, in a Pendle derby, Enfield are at home to Todmorden, and Rawtenstall host Accrington.

Meanwhile, in the 20/20 competition, Lowerhouse and Burnley have been drawn in a group of seven with Colne, Church, Bacup, Haslingden and Nelson, with sides playing three home and three away games.

The traditional curtain-raiser to the season, the Ron Singleton Trophy, sees league champions Lowerhouse drawn away to Worsley Cup winners Burnley on Sunday, April 12th.
