I have been told this picture is of a property in the Burnley area but I do not know where it is, or, perhaps, where it was.
Do you know the location of the building? There is a clue in that the car's registration (CW 186) is a local one. The house looks familiar, but I cannot place it. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
