I was delighted to read so much has been done to slow motorists down in areas of Brierfield and Reedley.
I really don’t care who takes the credit, but the MP and county councillor quoted should now turn their attention to Greenhead Lane, most of which is also in Reedley.
It is a daily occurrence that people drive like lunatics on that road, completely ignoring just about every speed limit.
With building work going on at the nearby water works and a lot of agricultural traffic in the area, it really is just a serious accident waiting to happen.
But do we really have to wait for someone to die before something is done about the worst road in the area for speeding motorists?
