It’s almost 12 hours since John Deehan and Kieran Macdonald left the comfort of their homes to see what life was life sleeping rough on the streets of Burnley.
In this video, Kieran, who organised the 24 hours on the streets to raise awareness of homelessness and raise cash for Shelter, talks about his experience.
From the people he has met along the way to the help and advice offered by charity Emmaus, he gives an insight into life on the streets in Burnley in 2015.
