Calico members of staff provided customers with toast and tea in support of the National Customer Service Week.
During the first full week in October, Calico staff offered customers tea and toast, and discussed ways in which they could take advantage of the range of services they provide.
Staff from across the organisation volunteered to provide the morning treats, and to speak with customers as they opened up about their thoughts and opinions about the work they do.
Helen Thompson, Calico’s director of customer services, said: “The ‘tea and toast’ events were really popular, and were a great way to let customers discover ways in which we can provide extra support to them. We had some excellent discussions with customers which have given us lots of food for thought.”
