What are the best and worst things about Burnley?
The council works closely with other public services such as the police, health, and community representatives to make decisions about the provision of services for local people.
The survey, which is open to anyone living in the borough, covers a number of issues including satisfaction levels about services, questions about the Mechanics Theatre and Burnley Markets, and the three best and worst things about Burnley.

Hide AdThe council’s Executive member for community services, Coun. Lian Pate, said: “The annual survey helps the council shape its services. This is especially important in times of ever decreasing funding and budget cuts.
“We want to hear from residents about what it’s like to live in their area, and the issues that matter most to them, so that we can prioritise our services. It’s more important than ever to ensure that our spending is focused on what local people want and need.”

The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and the responses will be used to help the council monitor progress and identify further improvements to the services that it provides.
The closing date is November 20th.
