DETECTIVES probing five East Lancashire robberies have re-released an image of a man they believe could hold information key to the investigation.
The violent muggings saw victims targeted in Burnley, Padiham, Accrington and Great Harwood overnight between Sunday, September 3rd and Monday, Septemebr 3rd.
Police believe the man pictured could have key information which could help in the investigation and have once again appealed for him to come forward.
Detectives have said that the CCTV images were taken in the Wetherspoons pub on Manchester Road in Burnley at around 10-45pm on September 2nd.
Det. Insp. Marie Haworth said: “I am very keen to stress that we do not believe that this man is involved in any way but we do think he could have information that could assist us and so we would urge him to come forward and contact us.”
