It was a case of beauty and the beach at a Burnley salon’s fund-raising day.
Beauty Zone in Brownside Road held a beach party where staff came dressed for the occasion to raise money for the Sturge-Weber Foundation.
Salon owner Debra Farron’s daughter Melissa suffers from the condition which can induce epilepsy.
Manager Emma O’Horo said: “We offered cheaper treatments and had sales of jewellery and cakes to help raise money for the charity. It was a great day.”
